Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin
In 2008 the Hahn-Meitner-Institute at Wannsee and the electron storage ring BESSY II at Adlershof merged to form the new Helmholtz Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie. This merger presents a great challenge to the 1,000 staff working at both locations. We have been advising and supporting their management in the areas of communication and organisational development since 2009.

Einstein Kaffee Coffee Shop AG
After my training as a hotel service specialist at the Hotel Berlin and several years of catering experience during my time at university, I was the operational managing director of ten coffee shops in Berlin between 1999 to 2002 and as such responsible for purchase, sales, HR management, controlling, and location analysis. The practical expertise thus gained is something that my coaching clients from the catering industry greatly appreciate: Risotto, Kaffeeraum, Café Blume, Devil’s Kitchen and Bar, Areperia, kultpur, and Chinesisches Teehaus at the Gärten der Welt are only a few of the cafés and restaurants I have coached since 2003.

Derksen König
The surveyor's office Derksen König was established in 1991 and provides surveys, land consolidation procedures and geographic information. In March 2011 we held a one-day workshop in Potsdam for 20 staff members, addressing the company’s strategy and conducting a SWOT analysis.
