Coaching Bonus has been running an innovative coaching programme since March 2008, which is aimed specifically at businesses in the creative sector. I work as a coach for Coaching BONUS and have effectively advised and supported numerous creative professionals.

Coaching and consultancy for innovative start-ups in Brandenburg


This financial aid for coaching and consultancy services is available once your business has been launched and provides businesses and members of the liberal professions with a grant of up to 90% of the costs incurred for coaching. The programme “Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how” replaces the programmes “KfW Start-up Coaching in Germany”, “Round Table” and “Turn Around Advice” of the KfW, which were discontinued in 2015.

Since 2018 the Brandenburger Agentur für Kultur und Kreativwirtschaft provides initial consulting and intensive coachings. The support program helps to develop new ideas, to reach new target groups and clients and to get more economical stability. I work as a coach for them.

Coaching during the pre-start-up phase


The support programme of Berlin’s Senate Administration for Economic Affairs, Technology and Women supports and advises people wanting to set up their own business during the pre-start-up phase. The start-up centre is the central point of contact for entrepreneurship at the Film University Babelsberg. I am listed by them as a coach and consultant providing training for students, alumni and staff interested in setting up a business.
