Why did you start the coaching?

I was very dissatisfied with my job and didn’t want to continue working in it, but I didn’t know any alternative. Assuming that I could have found it: what would I do with it? I had simply lost the central theme and active control over my professional career. Through coaching I wished to find the leitmotif again and work out where to go. Building my career was my central issue.

How did coaching support you to change and develop your business?

From the first moment on I felt very good with Sonia Flöckemeier, which was an important requirement for elaborating my strengths and aims openly and honestly.

Coaching strongly confirmed my decision to change my career and my new development. On the basis of my strengths and expectations I know how to apply for a new job in the new field. I now have clear strategies instead of a confusing identity crisis.

What successes have you seen since the coaching?

Soon I will start new studies in a field I should have chosen from the beginning of my training. I will start my studies with the security to go the right way, to love the work that I’m doing and to perform a fulfilling job.
