Why did you start the coaching?
Being an owner of a gourmet food shop and restaurant I looked for a business coach with practical experience in gastronomy.
How did coaching support you to change and develop your business?
Coaching helped me to separate my issues and to get an overview of my company. Through price calculation and controlling I now have my figures in view.
What successes have you seen since the coaching?
I feel secure as a business owner and have a clear decision basis because Sonia Flöckemeier gives me feedback and input with her expertise.
